Transportation Provider Web Portal
The LogistiCare Transportation Provider Web Portal is designed to improve and streamline
communication between you and LogistiCare. Using the site, you can print or download
your trip lists, enter billing information about trips that you complete for LogistiCare,
reroute trips, and indicate trips that were not completed or were canceled. Performance
and compliance reports are available to help you manage your drivers and vehicles.
If your company has not signed up to use the Transportation Provider Web portal,
have your manager contact the LogistiCare Transportation Coordinator to obtain more
information and to request the forms necessary to set up your web access.
If your company has already signed up but you do not have your login information,
contact your manager to obtain the login information you need.
Logging in to the Portal
On the Login page, enter the User Name and Password that were provided
by LogistiCare to log in to the site. Click the Login button to log in to the site.
The first time you log in to the site, you will be required to change your password
and you will be prompted to answer the challenge questions. These questions are
used to identify you if you forget your password and need to reset it.
If You Forget Your Password
If you forget your password, click the Forgot your password? link and follow
the steps outlined in the process. The process requires you to have a valid e-mail address
on file. If you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, or you are not sure if you have
an e-mail address on file, follow the Additional Login Assistance instructions to contact
LogistiCare's customer service department.
Additional Login Assistance
If you have problems logging in to the web portal that you cannot resolve, please
send an e-mail to
ITproviderEDI@logisticare.com. Include your User Name, company name, and
details of the problem in the e-mail.
